When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

One strategy that I use to change my mood is going on a walk. I like to listen to music and go on a long walk to clear my mind nd improve my mood. I also like to craft. I will paint or draw by myself in my room or outside to distract myself and give myself time alone in peace. Finally, I go outside to improve my mood. Going out and taking deep breaths helps me ground myself.

In class, we did a Newsela.

I learned about ice and its structure.
